Practice Manager AI-Powered Engineering

Responsibilities

• ▹Structure the AI-Powered Engineering offer and its associated assets
• ▹Define methods, frameworks, playbooks and demonstrators
• ▹Deliver the first engagements to validate and refine the approach in the field
• ▹Recruit the practice's first consultants
• ▹Build the sales pipeline with the Seequalis teams and the Everience group subsidiaries
• ▹Lead pre-sales, defences and commercial proposals
• ▹Develop recognized, measurable client references
• ▹Manage the practice's P&L
• ▹Grow the team and revenue and establish Seequalis as a recognized player in AI-Powered Engineering
• ▹Develop strategic partnerships and speaking engagements and spread the practices to the group's other activities
• ▹Advise executives on software factory transformation, engineering operating models, AI governance and business cases
• ▹Evaluate coding assistants and development agents
• ▹Introduce engineering performance metrics, deploy AI-augmented development toolchains and implement spec-driven development
• ▹Train and support engineering, product and operations teams

Requirements

• ▹8 to 15 years of experience in a technology consultancy, transformation firm or equivalent environment
• ▹Significant experience building an offer, practice or business unit
• ▹Dual expertise in software engineering and transformation consulting
• ▹Credible command of AI environments applied to software development
• ▹Full commercial and delivery cycle experience: sales, pre-sales, estimating, management and account development
• ▹Recognized leadership in recruiting, developing and leading teams
• ▹Fluent English

• ▹Successfully creating or growing a practice or offer
• ▹Active network of CIOs, CTOs or VPs of Engineering
• ▹Publications, conference talks or public speaking
• ▹Experience in highly regulated or complex sectors
