Senior Endpoint Engineer (Intune Migration & Automation for iOS)

Responsibilities

• ▹Lead the migration of iOS and iPadOS device management from Ivanti EPMM/MobileIron to Microsoft Intune, including policies, compliance controls, applications, enrollment profiles and device lifecycle processes
• ▹Design, develop and maintain automation using Microsoft Graph API, PowerShell, REST APIs and Azure automation services
• ▹Engineer and support Intune mobile management capabilities: enrollment, compliance policies, configuration profiles, app deployment, reporting and remediation
• ▹Manage Apple ecosystem integrations: Apple Business Manager, Automated Device Enrollment (ADE), supervised devices, Apps & Books
• ▹Provide advanced engineering and Level 3 support for mobile endpoint platforms
• ▹Collaborate with Security, Identity, Network and Application teams and maintain technical documentation and runbooks

Requirements

• ▹6+ years of experience in Endpoint Management, Mobility Engineering, Modern Workplace Engineering or a related enterprise infrastructure role
• ▹Proven experience leading or supporting large-scale MDM/UEM migration projects, preferably from Ivanti EPMM/MobileIron to Intune
• ▹Strong hands-on Microsoft Intune administration expertise for iOS/iPadOS
• ▹Automation experience with Microsoft Graph API, PowerShell, REST APIs, OAuth 2.0, JSON and Microsoft Entra ID integrations
• ▹Strong knowledge of Apple enterprise management
