Responsibilities

• ▹Lead technical design and architecture for APIs, data pipelines and integrations
• ▹Ensure code quality through reviews, enforce CI/CD standards and improve development workflows
• ▹Drive data management initiatives, including master data governance and alternate data sourcing
• ▹Collaborate with Data Scientists to integrate models into production systems
• ▹Contribute to technology watch and propose innovative solutions
• ▹Example projects: APIs leveraging data for major international accounts, web scraping and open data sourcing, alternate data to enrich risk models, master data management improvements, end-to-end AI-powered solutions from data pipelines to user interfaces, building and mining knowledge graphs, financial modeling and simulations

Requirements

• ▹Engineering degree or equivalent and experience in a technical lead role
• ▹At least 2 years of Python application development with high quality standards, code reviews and continuous integration
• ▹Strong programming skills (Python mandatory), ideally with exposure to complementary technologies such as ReactJS and Java
• ▹Expertise in API design (FastAPI), data management and database integration (MongoDB, Neo4j, ElasticSearch, Redis, Apache Airflow)
• ▹DevOps culture, including production readiness, deployment automation and monitoring (Kubernetes, CI/CD, Kibana, Grafana)
• ▹Autonomy, curiosity, teamwork and knowledge sharing
• ▹English communication with teams around the world

Nice to have

• ▹Knowledge of the Python ecosystem and data science libraries (e.g. Pandas)
• ▹Building CI/CD pipelines and Docker/Kubernetes deployment
• ▹Cloud application deployment and infrastructure-as-code (AWS, GCP)
• ▹Use of SQL and NoSQL databases
• ▹Front-end programming (React, Angular or Vue.js)
• ▹Linux administration
• ▹Designing high-availability, low latency application architectures
