Responsibilities

• ▹Establish and run the engineering operating cadence: monthly operating reviews, planning cycles and cross-functional decision forums
• ▹Design and manage the intake process for engineering initiatives: clear goal, success metric, responsible team and strategy alignment, and close the loop on outcomes
• ▹Drive standardization and reduce duplication across engineering teams: shared templates, standards and operating norms, tracking commitments
• ▹Strengthen incident management, postmortem discipline and cross-team follow-through
• ▹Steward engineering org health and engagement, owning the survey cycle end to end

Requirements

• ▹Track record of running cross-functional programs end-to-end without direct authority
• ▹Comfortable in ambiguity and fast-paced change
• ▹Fluent with modern operations tools (Jira, Coda, Slack, AI tools) and able to write clear technical documentation
• ▹Experience building frameworks, intake systems or governance models that teams actually used
• ▹Experience in or closely with engineering organizations, ideally in an operations capacity
• ▹Data-comfortable and good at asynchronous communication

Nice to have

• ▹Atlassian or Jira administration experience, or quick learning of tooling ecosystems
