Senior Technical Artist - MONOPOLY GO!

Stack

Responsibilities

• ▹Import assets from external software suites and assemble them in the team's development environment (Unity3d)
• ▹Develop tools and solutions for artists
• ▹Use AI to create tools and pipelines that facilitate production
• ▹Lead a small team of technical artists
• ▹Develop C# tools to improve integration and create asset pipelines
• ▹Mediate between art and tech departments for smooth asset integration
• ▹Implement UI and 2D assets in Unity canvas and sprites
• ▹Import and work with 3D assets and animations in Unity
• ▹Write shaders in HLSL and/or Shader Graph for feature development
• ▹Profile and optimise graphics, memory and CPU KPIs
• ▹Manage, maintain and integrate assets in versioned asset repositories
• ▹Create content with the internal Unity3d toolset: materials, animation controllers, particle systems, timeline sequences, cinematic content, lights, using third-party plugins or internal tools
• ▹Support and document pipelines and best practices

Requirements

• ▹Team leadership/mentoring experience
• ▹Previous experience using Unity
• ▹Experience in UI/UX design
• ▹Knowledge of 2D illustration software such as Photoshop, Figma or Illustrator
• ▹Experience in mobile games
• ▹Knowledge of repository management, asset exporting/importing, optimisation and pipeline creation
• ▹Very strong English communication skills
• ▹Experience with generative AI tools and pipelines
