Senior Security Engineer - SecOps

Responsibilities

• ▹Identify and respond to security incidents on a global scale
• ▹Act as incident commander through the entire response lifecycle
• ▹Design and maintain security alerts, automated actions, playbooks and escalation workflows
• ▹Conduct threat hunting and maintain strategies against sophisticated threat actors
• ▹Research threat intelligence reports and manage the resulting workflows
• ▹Partner with stakeholders to improve preparation, identification, analysis, containment and post mortem activities
• ▹Participate in on-call rotation

Requirements

• ▹5+ years managing security incidents at a global scale and/or working in SOC, PSIRT or CSIRT teams
• ▹Expertise with SIEM systems (e.g. ELK, Google BigQuery, Splunk)
• ▹Expertise with endpoint detection and investigation
• ▹Hands-on experience with leading EDR tools and endpoint telemetry for root cause analysis
• ▹Expertise with SOAR platforms such as Tines or Splunk SOAR
• ▹Superb communication and leadership capacity
