Senior Consultant – IT Transformation, Data/AI, Nantes

Responsibilities

• ▹Build data and IT strategies and governance
• ▹Support the implementation of the data and AI strategy: digital and data audits and diagnostics
• ▹Support business/IT transformation programmes as steering support, Product Owner or Product Manager
• ▹Run scoping studies and define implementation approaches: identify needs, analyse the existing situation, benchmarks, roadmaps, deployment strategy
• ▹Set up pragmatic, agile approaches focused on business value: identify and qualify functional, digital, data or AI use cases with business and IT
• ▹Follow up development and lead workshops with users
• ▹Design digital, data, AI and IT service offerings: identify and collect the data to analyse, formalise calculation rules and indicators, build dashboards, use AI models

Requirements

• ▹3 to 5 years of consulting experience on data missions, particularly strategy, governance or steering, and in steering transformation projects with a strong digital and technology component
• ▹Ability to work on client accounts of different sizes and handle strategic, operational, business or IT topics
• ▹Bac+5 degree from a business school, engineering school or university, with an IT background and an interest in new technologies and data
• ▹Used to teamwork, sometimes in international contexts
