Internship Global IT Coordination – Focus on Digitalization & AI Use

Responsibilities

• ▹Contribute to the design and implementation of an AI-based analysis tool to ensure data quality in SAP S/4HANA
• ▹Evaluate and prioritize use cases for AI agents to optimize the everyday working environment
• ▹Actively support the Project Management Office (PMO) in coordinating and steering global projects, in particular SAP S/4HANA rollouts at the company's sites
• ▹Independently handle the ticket-tracking process for BU2 to ensure efficient processing and follow-up

Requirements

• ▹Student of computer science, business informatics, industrial engineering or general business administration (purely voluntary internships cannot currently be offered)
• ▹Good written and spoken English
• ▹Very good knowledge of MS Office 365 (Excel, Word, Teams)
• ▹Interest in and first knowledge of artificial intelligence, e.g. prompting, AI applications or AI agents
• ▹Application documents: full CV, cover letter, proof of enrolment, certificates (especially current transcript), university internship guidelines stating the minimum duration
• ▹Non-EU citizens: valid residence permit required
