Associate Technical Manager PD-VoLTE

Responsibilities

• ▹Support delivery performance across assigned portfolio areas, tracking milestones, risks, dependencies, resource utilization and budget
• ▹Coordinate day-to-day execution of design, integration, migration, testing, implementation and operational acceptance activities
• ▹Support forecasting, reporting, booked-hours justification and prioritization of technical activities across local and remote teams
• ▹Coordinate technical documentation such as low-level designs, integration plans, migration procedures, change documentation and methods of procedure
• ▹Participate in customer and stakeholder meetings on project progress, operational issues, network changes and new opportunities
• ▹Track operational KPIs, escalate risks or delivery issues, and contribute to process improvement and knowledge sharing
• ▹Act as deputy for the Technical Manager for assigned domains or during absence

Requirements

• ▹Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Science or a related field
• ▹Typically 5–8 years of relevant experience in telecom, network delivery, operations or implementation environments
• ▹Experience in technical project coordination, delivery support or customer-facing technical environments for PacketData, IMS/VoLTE-Control and Core service domains
• ▹Hands-on experience with PacketData, VoLTE-Control, mobile data service platforms, Core integration, migration, testing and operational acceptance activities
