Working Student - Service IT

Responsibilities

• ▹Support digital projects, for example with appointment organization or recruiting test customers, including phone outreach to potential customers
• ▹Research relevant topics, analyze information and prepare results soundly
• ▹Support the team with organizational and administrative day-to-day tasks
• ▹Create and design presentations on process and project topics, using modern AI-supported tools purposefully

Requirements

• ▹Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in business administration, business informatics, IT or a comparable field
• ▹First practical experience, for example through internships, vocational training or student work, and familiarity with business processes
• ▹Reflective, purposeful use of AI-supported tools
• ▹Confident use of MS Office, especially PowerPoint, Excel and Word
• ▹Enjoy communicating with different contacts and not afraid to pick up the phone
• ▹Independent, reliable working style, organizational skills and initiative

Nice to have

• ▹Good English skills, as you work with international developer teams
