Alan is looking for a Crew Lead of its Acquisition Funnel crew (~8 people, 4 engineers). Crew Leads are technical managers responsible for organizing the crew's work and accountable for its output, while spending ~40% of their time as individual contributors. You'll build the website, marketing engine and self-serve flow that drive member acquisition.

Requirements

  • ▹Experience leading a team
  • ▹Experience building and shipping web applications
  • ▹Genuine interest in conversion funnels, marketing metrics and growth
