Responsibilities

• ▹Lead the implementation of Dynamics 365 F&O modules, including Finance, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Inventory and Project Accounting
• ▹Run requirement-gathering workshops and translate business needs into functional specifications and solution designs
• ▹Configure system modules, define workflows and perform functional testing in collaboration with technical teams
• ▹Prepare and maintain functional documentation, including design documents, user manuals and test scripts
• ▹Support data migration activities, including mapping, validation and reconciliation
• ▹Work closely with developers to design and validate customizations, reports and integrations
• ▹Provide end-user training and post-go-live support
• ▹Participate in solution reviews, system upgrades and continuous improvement initiatives
• ▹Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing best practices and recommendations on process optimization

Requirements

• ▹Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain Management, Information Systems or a related field
• ▹Minimum 8 years of experience in a functional consulting role with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O (or AX 2012)
• ▹Proven experience in full-cycle implementations, from requirements gathering to go-live and support
• ▹Proven experience in leading and mentoring a team of consultants
• ▹Experience in one or more of these domains: Finance (GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Cash & Bank, Budgeting), Supply Chain (Procurement, Inventory, Sales, Production, Warehousing), Project Operations / Management Accounting
• ▹Strong understanding of business process flows and cross-module dependencies
• ▹Ability to translate business requirements into clear functional designs
• ▹Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
• ▹Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• ▹Ability to work effectively in client-facing environments and cross-functional teams

Nice to have

• ▹Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Consultant Associate or an equivalent certification
• ▹Familiarity with Power Platform tools (Power BI, Power Automate)
