Test Lead - Assortment Planning

Responsibilities

• ▹Develop and maintain the overall test strategy and test plan for NGAP, Next Generation Assortment Planning
• ▹Plan and coordinate test activities between the business, IT and external suppliers, ensuring relevant business flows, integrations, data and processes are covered
• ▹Support and lead the project's testers and other participants in the testing work
• ▹Lead planning and execution of system testing, integration testing and the business's acceptance testing
• ▹Ensure that test cases and acceptance criteria cover the solution's requirements and prioritized use cases, and that the right test data and test environments are available before each test phase
• ▹Lead defect management, follow up test results, quality and risks, and report status to project management
• ▹Together with the business and IT, ensure sufficient basis for assessing the solution's quality and remaining risks ahead of go-live

Requirements

• ▹Relevant higher education or equivalent experience
• ▹At least 9 years of experience planning and leading tests across several test phases in complex solutions with multiple integrations and dependencies
• ▹Good understanding of test methodology, test cases, test data and defect management
• ▹Experience coordinating testing between the business, IT and external suppliers
• ▹Good ability to communicate in English, spoken and written
• ▹The application requires a CV and a cover letter in Swedish

Nice to have

• ▹ISTQB certification or equivalent
• ▹Experience from retail, assortment or a similar business area
