Responsibilities

• ▹Develop in Pega and Java on a central decision and case management system
• ▹Take responsibility for your own performance and delivery
• ▹Communicate clearly what is done, what remains and the risks to stakeholders
• ▹Share knowledge and coach more junior colleagues

Requirements

• ▹Systems science education or equivalent knowledge
• ▹PCSSA certification
• ▹At least 6 years of work experience as an SSA
• ▹Extensive experience with production support (e.g. incident handling and technical debt)
• ▹Experience building secure APIs and secure systems
• ▹Work experience with relational databases and SQL knowledge
• ▹Applying Pega best practices, for example component architecture for reuse
• ▹Very good written and spoken communication in Swedish and/or English
