IT Technician, IT Workplace – Service and Delivery Unit

Responsibilities

• ▹Incoming inspection of delivered products
• ▹Deliver, install and configure IT equipment at the IT workplaces
• ▹Troubleshooting and technical support
• ▹Take back IT equipment
• ▹Handle incoming tickets, orders and on-site support, with close contact with users

Requirements

• ▹IT education or equivalent work experience
• ▹Good knowledge of Windows environments, hardware and software installation
• ▹Accurate and structured
• ▹B driving licence (required, as some deliveries take place outside the hospital area)
