Responsibilities

• ▹Develop and implement information security strategies
• ▹Establish and further develop governance, risk management and compliance
• ▹Lead initiatives such as certifications and risk management development
• ▹Translate business needs into relevant security requirements and controls
• ▹Support the CISO and other decision makers in strategic and operational security matters
• ▹Temporarily lead or support the client's security function
• ▹Lead the creation and anchoring of new information security strategies
• ▹Create consensus between the business, IT, management and security functions

Requirements

• ▹Experience developing and implementing information security strategies
• ▹Experience with governance, risk management and compliance
• ▹Good understanding of ISO 27001 and NIST CSF
• ▹Ability to turn business needs into concrete information security requirements and controls
• ▹Confidence in dialogue with technical specialists, the business and decision makers
• ▹Ability to drive matters forward and create buy-in in the organisation

Nice to have

• ▹Experience with further standards and frameworks in information and cyber security
• ▹Experience implementing NIS2/CSL, GDPR, CRA or other relevant legislation
• ▹Experience from manufacturing industry and/or critical infrastructure
• ▹Technical understanding of, for example, networking, IAM, AWS, Azure or GCP
