Requirements

• ▹Solid experience in systems development
• ▹Experience leading or coordinating development teams
• ▹Ability to communicate clearly and create inclusive collaboration
• ▹A structured, analytical and solution-oriented way of working
• ▹Very good Swedish, spoken and written
• ▹Knowledge of modern programming languages and development methods
• ▹Change management and goal-setting skills
