Responsibilities

• ▹Installation and service of hardware and software
• ▹Delivery of hardware to customers
• ▹Basic support over the phone
• ▹Logging cases in a CRM system
• ▹Troubleshooting products
• ▹Solving problems that arise at customer sites
• ▹An introduction period to learn about the systems and products

Requirements

• ▹Technical or equivalent education
• ▹A genuine interest in IT
• ▹Wanting to work with people and service
• ▹Previous experience of similar roles
• ▹Category B driving licence
• ▹Outgoing personality who enjoys handling customers, and works independently and in a structured way

Nice to have

• ▹Experience with routers and switches
• ▹Previous work with networks
