Founding Engineer - Mo Team (AI Health Companion)

Responsibilities

• ▹Deliver a world-class, snappy and delightful chatting experience with fast time-to-answer
• ▹Integrate Mo with Alan's services and healthcare system (digital chat with HPs, location maps, prevention programs)
• ▹Extend the architecture and agentic framework to support Mo's next chapters and new countries
• ▹Own product use cases and implement new capabilities across engineering, data and medical expertise
• ▹Mentor engineers and help build the team, including hiring and interview design

Requirements

• ▹3+ years of experience as a product engineer
• ▹Applied background in software engineering and systems architecture
• ▹Excitement for building state-of-the-art AI systems for high-stakes healthcare problems
• ▹Fluent English (no French needed)

Nice to have

• ▹Experience with traditional ML, LLMs or ML dev ops
• ▹Ex-founder background
• ▹Experience with multi-agent architectures and human-in-the-loop learning
