Responsibilities

• ▹Manage delivery across four engineering and QA squads
• ▹Support sprint planning, standups, grooming, retrospectives and other Agile ceremonies
• ▹Maintain backlog health, estimates, commitments and delivery predictability
• ▹Identify and remove impediments, escalating issues with clear recommendations
• ▹Manage scope changes, dependencies and cross-team coordination
• ▹Track delivery metrics such as cycle time, rework, predictability and escaped defects
• ▹Map dependencies and sequence work around critical paths and external deadlines
• ▹Coordinate delivery across engineering teams, external partners and stakeholders
• ▹Provide clear and actionable project status updates to senior stakeholders
• ▹Use AI tools to automate sprint reporting, risk analysis, release notes and delivery monitoring
• ▹Proactively identify slipping work, stale dependencies and scope drift
• ▹Support continuous improvement of team processes and delivery practices

Requirements

• ▹Strong experience in Scrum Master, Technical Project Manager, Delivery Lead or Technical Program Manager roles
• ▹At least 5 hours of overlap with Eastern US working hours
• ▹Hands-on experience managing Agile ceremonies and software delivery
• ▹Experience delivering complex technical projects against external deadlines
• ▹Strong knowledge of Jira and Confluence
• ▹Ability to understand API specifications and sequence diagrams
• ▹Daily experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor or similar
• ▹Strong written and spoken English
• ▹Strong communication, organizational and problem-solving skills
