Responsibilities

• ▹Build MVPs in close collaboration with practising tax advisors, translating complex advisory workflows into working software
• ▹Gather requirements directly from non-technical domain experts and turn them into concrete technical implementations
• ▹Iterate rapidly on features based on direct user feedback from advisory teams
• ▹Own features end-to-end, from scoping and requirements through to production deployment

Requirements

• ▹3+ years of experience building and deploying production full-stack software
• ▹Fluency in German, spoken and written
• ▹Proficiency with NestJS or an equivalent backend framework such as Node.js or Express
• ▹Proficiency with React or an equivalent modern frontend framework
• ▹Code-first mindset, no reliance on low-code or no-code platforms
• ▹Comfort working directly with non-technical stakeholders to define requirements and shape solutions
• ▹University degree in a relevant field

Nice to have

• ▹Full-stack TypeScript experience
• ▹Experience in financial services, tax, accounting or another regulated advisory domain
• ▹Familiarity with German business processes or regulatory environments
• ▹Experience in a startup or early-stage environment

• ▹Salary range: 60,000 to 120,000 EUR annually
