Team Lead IT & Store Support

Responsibilities

• ▹Ensure on-time deliveries to stores and end customers, working closely with carriers, JYSK stores and customer service
• ▹Plan and control orders, track delivery dates and secure goods availability
• ▹Check shortages and inform the responsible people and departments
• ▹Clarify and carry out stock corrections together with everyone involved
• ▹Be responsible for local IT and ensure smooth operation of SAP EWM
• ▹Work with reports and KPIs, derive action items and implement them
• ▹Improve processes and coordinate changes with all stakeholders
• ▹Lead, motivate and develop a team of 5-7, assign clear tasks and support the onboarding of new colleagues

Requirements

• ▹Professional experience in logistics or a comparable field
• ▹Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
• ▹Experience with logistics IT systems and tools, especially SAP
• ▹Experience dealing with customers and working with different stakeholders
• ▹Comfortable in a cross-functional, international environment
• ▹Willingness to travel: 3-4 trips per year
