Alan is building the new standard in prevention insurance, integrating insurance, prevention and care into a single experience. On the Global Architecture team you'll help merge the company's per-country codebases (France, Belgium, Spain, Canada) into global, configurable modules that scale across markets.

Responsibilities

  • ▹Merge separate per-country codebases into global, configurable modules
  • ▹Build and maintain infrastructure, interfaces and applications for members and health professionals
  • ▹Make product decisions and build the features that follow them
  • ▹Tackle complex global architecture problems while preserving local requirements

Requirements

  • ▹Strong fullstack software engineering experience
  • ▹Experience with Python/Flask, React and React Native
  • ▹Experience with PostgreSQL
  • ▹Ability to design global, configurable solutions across markets

Nice to have

  • ▹Experience scaling products across multiple countries
  • ▹Experience with regulatory or healthcare domains
