Responsibilities

• ▹Design and set up event-driven architectures with messaging services such as Kafka and Pub/Sub
• ▹Process large data volumes on distributed platforms, with data modelling to structure and transform data
• ▹Design, set up and optimize solutions on Azure, AWS and GCP (storage, serverless compute, containers)
• ▹Design and implement cloud infrastructure as code, for example with Terraform and Bicep
• ▹Understand customer needs and deliver robust, optimized solutions

Requirements

• ▹Higher education in IT, data engineering or related fields
• ▹Minimum two years of relevant experience with data platforms
• ▹Experience with distributed systems and cloud technologies
• ▹Good programming skills, especially in Python
• ▹Norwegian at minimum B2 level

Nice to have

• ▹Experience with Go, Kotlin, C# or Java
• ▹Experience with event architectures and messaging services
• ▹Experience with infrastructure as code
