Responsibilities

• ▹Design and implement intelligent agents using modern frameworks such as LangGraph and the Anthropic Agents SDK; build systems that plan, reason and act autonomously
• ▹Develop advanced RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) solutions that combine large language models with enterprise data
• ▹Work with the Model Context Protocol and Agent-to-Agent communication to orchestrate multiple agents
• ▹Implement guardrails, Human-in-the-Loop approval flows and full traceability through tracing of all agent operations
• ▹Optimize prompts, set up evaluation frameworks and systematically measure agent performance
• ▹Understand customer needs and deliver robust, optimized solutions

Requirements

• ▹Higher education in IT, computer science, machine learning or related fields
• ▹Technical experience with language models and API communication
• ▹Strong Python programming skills, with experience from agent frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen or similar)
• ▹Knowledge of RAG architecture, vector databases and embedding technologies
• ▹Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure (Azure OpenAI), AWS or Google Cloud
• ▹Norwegian at minimum B2 level

Nice to have

• ▹Experience with MCP, A2A protocols or multi-agent systems
• ▹Experience in AgentOps, LLMOps, MLOps and self-hosted models
