
Workday Solutions Architect (x/f/m)
Doctolib is looking for a Workday Solution Architect to evolve its information system in France, Germany, Italy and the Netherlands, implementing best-in-class solutions for the business teams. Joining the People Systems & Performance (PSP) team, you drive the strategic evolution of the HRIS ecosystem, lead Workday architecture, and coach a team of three Project Managers. The role is the strategic bridge between HR stakeholders and HR technology, defining how Workday, Sana, PeopleDoc and future solutions work together. This is a permanent, full-time role in Levallois.
Responsibilities
- ▹Shape the long-term HRIS technology strategy and architecture across Workday, Sana Benefits, PeopleDoc and future platforms
- ▹Design complex integrations and data flows between HR systems (APIs, middleware, MCPs) and leverage all available AI capabilities
- ▹Establish data governance, security standards and enterprise-architecture alignment in line with global Doctolib standards
- ▹Lead platform evaluations, vendor selection and build-vs-buy decisions for new systems
- ▹Design and evolve Workday architecture across HCM Core, Talent Management, Performance & Development, Learning, Compensation & Advanced Compensation, WD Extend and Absence & Time Tracking
- ▹Lead end-to-end implementations, provide hands-on configuration expertise, and oversee tenant strategy, release management and bi-annual updates
- ▹Troubleshoot complex issues and optimise system performance
- ▹Coach and mentor three Project Managers to develop their technical capabilities and strategic thinking
- ▹Partner with the People Product team, manage vendor relationships and champion user-first thinking and simplification initiatives
Requirements
- ▹8+ years of Workday implementation and support experience
- ▹Proven track record as Solution Architect on full-cycle implementations
- ▹Deep expertise in Workday security, business processes, integrations and reporting
- ▹Experience integrating Workday with HR platforms (benefits, document management, learning, ATS)
- ▹Coaching/mentoring experience with technical teams or Project Managers
- ▹Excellent communication skills
- ▹Tech-team mindset with user-first thinking
