Senior UI/UX Designer - New Games (1-year contract)

Stack

Responsibilities

• ▹Design UI screens, icons, flows, buttons and game components for early-stage casual F2P mobile games, following a defined art direction
• ▹Maintain and evolve UI style guides and design systems
• ▹Own UX for new game prototypes so mechanics are intuitive and easy to onboard into
• ▹Translate game design and monetization requirements into clear, player-friendly interfaces
• ▹Collaborate closely with artists, game designers, product managers and engineers
• ▹Scope, prioritize and deliver work independently
• ▹Report directly to the Creative Director of New Games

Requirements

• ▹Prior experience in the mobile gaming industry
• ▹Strong UI design and execution skills and sharp UX instincts, from concept-stage UX validation to UI production
• ▹Solid grasp of onboarding, retention and monetization-friendly design patterns
• ▹2D art skills for UI execution (icons, popups, liveops screens, supporting visuals)
• ▹Portfolio showing range across UI production, UX validation and supporting art
• ▹Ability to work autonomously and resolve ambiguous problems
• ▹Berlin working hours (roughly 9 to 18)
