Responsibilities

• ▹Lead fit-to-standard workshops and blueprint sessions for R2R (FI/CO) processes, aligned with SAP Best Practices
• ▹Guide clients in optimizing financial processes for scalability, compliance and usability
• ▹Own the functional solution design, including cross-module (SD, MM, PS) and third-party system integration
• ▹Translate complex business needs into functional designs, user stories, configuration and test scenarios
• ▹Prepare and maintain comprehensive functional documentation: architecture diagrams, use cases, configuration guides, test scripts and cutover plans
• ▹Manage the full SAP S/4HANA implementation lifecycle (Explore, Realize and Deploy phases)
• ▹Lead critical project activities such as UAT execution, cutover planning, data migration validation and go-live readiness
• ▹Provide post-go-live support and stabilization, ensuring user adoption
• ▹Act as functional lead for the FI-CO stream within cross-functional Agile teams and take part in Agile ceremonies
• ▹Proactively identify and manage project risks, dependencies and change impacts
• ▹Work closely with technical consultants and other functional streams
• ▹Handle change requests, issue resolution and escalations independently
• ▹Mentor junior consultants and contribute to internal knowledge sharing
• ▹Support RFI/RFP processes including scoping, solution design input, estimation and client presentations and demos

Requirements

• ▹Minimum 6+ years of hands-on SAP FI-CO consulting experience with at least one full-cycle SAP S/4HANA Cloud (Public or On-Premise) implementation
• ▹Strong functional expertise in SAP FI (GL, AR, AP, AA, BL) and CO (Cost Centers, Profit Centers, Internal Orders, Product Costing) and at least one of: Treasury and Risk Management (SAP TRM), Cash Management
• ▹Ability to lead client workshops, identify gaps and recommend solutions
• ▹Practical experience in Agile delivery, backlog management and end-to-end project execution
• ▹Proven ability to work with clients across industries and translate business challenges into SAP solutions
• ▹Strong documentation capabilities (process flows, config rationale, test scripts, cutover plans)
• ▹Experience mentoring junior team members, leading functional delivery streams and conducting end-user training
• ▹Business-level English proficiency
