Responsibilities

• ▹Review and analyze system specifications, requirements, and user stories
• ▹Design and maintain test documentation and test cases
• ▹Prepare and configure testing environments, including software and hardware setup
• ▹Execute manual functional, integration, and regression testing
• ▹Validate system behavior against acceptance criteria and business expectations
• ▹Identify, document, prioritize, and track defects using bug tracking systems
• ▹Perform re-testing and verification of resolved issues
• ▹Collaborate closely with developers, Product Owners, and Customer representatives
• ▹Contribute to shared testing strategies across multiple products
• ▹Prepare detailed testing reports and provide feedback on software quality and usability
• ▹Support rapid feature delivery in a dynamic development environment

Requirements

• ▹3+ years of commercial experience in manual testing
• ▹Upper-Intermediate or higher English level
• ▹Proficiency in Ukrainian language
• ▹Good understanding of SDLC and software testing methodologies
• ▹Experience with functional, integration, regression, and acceptance testing
• ▹Experience with bug tracking tools such as Jira, Trello, or Bugzilla
• ▹Familiarity with Agile / Scrum development environments
• ▹Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• ▹Strong communication and collaboration skills
• ▹Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively
• ▹Attention to detail and quality-oriented mindset

Nice to have

• ▹Basic understanding of scripting or programming languages
• ▹Experience with Unix / Linux systems
• ▹Experience with TestRail, Zephyr, or similar test management tools
• ▹Experience testing embedded or IoT solutions
• ▹Knowledge of cloud-integrated systems
• ▹Familiarity with Lua
