Senior Software Engineer (Platform team)

Stack

Responsibilities

• ▹Design, build and operate identity and account services used by every other engineering team
• ▹Build scalable, highly available, distributed platform services
• ▹Build and maintain cross-product capabilities, including automations, analytics system and ticketing integration
• ▹Own and evolve the onboarding experience for connecting cloud provider accounts (AWS, Azure, GCP, OCI) with Product, Frontend, Design and QE
• ▹Participate in an on-call rotation for urgent issues

Requirements

• ▹5+ years as a Software Engineer designing and shipping distributed, highly available services
• ▹Strong proficiency in Go or Java
• ▹Hands-on experience with Postgres or another relational database and a messaging system (such as NATS)
• ▹Experience with AI coding agents (Claude or others) and a proactive approach to using them
• ▹Ability to move between high-priority projects in a distributed, remote-first team
• ▹Experience with SaaS applications and delivering large software projects end to end

Nice to have

• ▹Familiarity with Single Sign-On (SSO) integration
