Solution Architect - Healthcare & Life Sciences (SAFe)

Responsibilities

• ▹Lead the design, evolution, and governance of end-to-end technology solutions
• ▹Collaborate with System Architects and engineering teams to define architecture roadmaps
• ▹Support Solution Trains and Agile Release Trains, contributing to Program Increment planning
• ▹Develop and maintain the Architectural Runway
• ▹Drive architecture decisions across cloud platforms, APIs, integrations, data platforms, and enterprise systems
• ▹Promote data governance, quality, security, and compliance in solution designs
• ▹Support the creation and optimization of CI/CD pipelines
• ▹Serve as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders, customers, suppliers, and delivery teams
• ▹Ensure consistency of technology approaches across teams, programs, and suppliers
• ▹Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend improvements

Requirements

• ▹5+ years of experience in Solution Architecture, Enterprise Architecture, or a similar senior role
• ▹Strong experience in Healthcare & Life Sciences or other highly regulated environments
• ▹Proven experience with SAFe / Agile at scale
• ▹Strong knowledge of cloud architecture, APIs, integration, data platforms, CI/CD, and enterprise architecture principles
• ▹Understanding of data governance, security, privacy, and regulatory requirements
• ▹Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• ▹Experience working with global, cross-functional teams
