Application Server Admin with German

Stack

Responsibilities

• ▹Maintain and troubleshoot JavaEE servers
• ▹Plan and provision new environments
• ▹Participate in maintenance windows
• ▹Consult customers on infrastructure and technical projects

Requirements

• ▹Experience maintaining Java EE application servers (e.g. Oracle WebLogic, JBoss, GlassFish)
• ▹Linux administration
• ▹Basic understanding of IT infrastructures
• ▹Fundamental understanding of databases/SQL
• ▹Troubleshooting skills and experience maintaining IT services
• ▹5 years of seniority
• ▹German and English

Nice to have

• ▹Kubernetes, Bash, OpenShift, Jira, Confluence, GitHub, Java, SQL, VMware, Ansible, PostgreSQL
• ▹Good Python or other scripting skills
• ▹Experience in the public sector, judiciary
• ▹Container technologies (CI/CD)
• ▹Drive to create and improve documentation
