Product Engineer (Remote or Karlsruhe)

Responsibilities

• ▹Derive from data and community feedback which problems to tackle next within the strategic framework
• ▹Turn user problems into well-thought-out feature concepts: define goals, functionality and scope as well as UX/UI
• ▹Implement solutions technically and integrate them into the existing codebase, using AI tools deliberately
• ▹Ensure feature quality with automated and semi-automated test tools
• ▹Ship usable versions, observe their impact and develop them further technically and functionally
• ▹Coordinate with the team, management and stakeholders and document decisions and learnings

Requirements

• ▹Experience with the product engineer way of working
• ▹Ability to understand, assess and further develop code produced with AI tools
