Responsibilities

• ▹Implement and develop ManageEngine IAM and SIEM solutions in demanding customer environments
• ▹Analyse technical requirements, configure and integrate the solutions into existing IT infrastructure
• ▹Advise customers on optimising user, permission and identity management processes and act as central technical contact
• ▹Integrate ManageEngine solutions with third-party systems via scripting and REST APIs
• ▹Troubleshoot and carry out technical adjustments, updates and extensions of existing environments
• ▹Run workshops and training

Requirements

• ▹IT training (e.g. Fachinformatiker for system integration or application development, IT-Systemelektroniker) or comparable qualification
• ▹Several years of experience as a system administrator, technical consultant or in a comparable technical role
• ▹Solid knowledge of Windows Server, Windows environments, Active Directory and user and permission management
• ▹Practical PowerShell scripting, especially reading and adapting existing Active Directory scripts
• ▹Practical experience connecting IT systems via REST APIs, confident with API documentation and HTTP status codes
• ▹Customer project or technical consulting experience and interest in IAM, SIEM, ITOM or IT security
• ▹Very good German and good English
• ▹Willingness to travel occasionally to customer appointments within Germany

• ▹Knowledge of IT Operations Management (ITOM)
