Deployment Strategist

Responsibilities

• ▹Own the customer relationship end-to-end during deployment: timeline, expectations, data, analyses and reporting
• ▹Gather and validate customer data, chasing stakeholders for timely delivery in the right format
• ▹Review automated data-quality checks and flag anomalies
• ▹Run and report on data-adequacy analyses
• ▹Manage the deployment pipeline end-to-end (workflows, early training, go-live)
• ▹Build and maintain dashboards tracking deployment health and A/B test results
• ▹Support the commercial team with data and analysis during customer negotiations

Requirements

• ▹Degree in a quantitative field (Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Statistics or similar)
• ▹1-3 years of hands-on experience with real data (e.g. data analyst, BI analyst, data engineer, junior data scientist)
• ▹Strong analytics skills, including handling real-world datasets
• ▹Experience building and reading dashboards
• ▹Comfortable learning fast and growing technical judgment
• ▹Strong client-facing communication skills in English, explaining technical concepts to engineers and non-technical stakeholders
• ▹Good judgment on when to escalate vs. resolve independently
• ▹Eligible to work in Europe
