Responsibilities

• ▹Own the daily product loop for Central and pZero, from user evidence and problem definition through delivery, rollout and adoption
• ▹Turn user evidence and stakeholder input into product briefs and PRDs (problem, scope, success measures, acceptance criteria)
• ▹Lead product design for core workflows: journey mapping, information architecture, prototyping in Figma, usability testing
• ▹Partner with the external engineering team throughout delivery
• ▹Bring Product Quality in early to shape journeys and testability
• ▹Own rollout and adoption of shipped features
• ▹Track post-release outcomes (adoption, task completion, cycle time, defects, support burden)
• ▹Write manager- and worker-facing documentation, tutorials and release education
• ▹Maintain a shared design foundation (navigation, forms, tables, errors, permissions, accessibility, responsive behavior)
• ▹Use approved AI tools to speed up research, writing, analysis and prototyping

Requirements

• ▹Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience in product management
• ▹Proven experience as a product owner or product manager, ideally in AI workforce products
• ▹Hands-on product or UX design experience (journey mapping, prototyping, usability testing)
• ▹Ability to turn incomplete or conflicting stakeholder input into a clear product problem
• ▹Close partnership with engineering teams
• ▹Strong written communication
