Fullstack Developer (100% Remote)

Responsibilities

• ▹Improve the software property managers use daily and own new features end to end (full-stack)
• ▹Integrate data sources: email, phone calls (Twilio, Vonage), WhatsApp (backend)
• ▹Migrate customers from their previous systems: years of email, hundreds of thousands of documents, building, apartment, contract and contact records, plus syncing with systems that keep running alongside
• ▹Improve the agent platform with 200+ tools and a built-in knowledge base for text and voice agents (backend)

Requirements

• ▹Fluent English
• ▹More than a year of experience shipping production code
• ▹Ability to work autonomously and take full ownership of tasks
• ▹Writes almost all code with AI
• ▹Quick learner with a generalist mindset
• ▹Builder mindset: prefers getting a first iteration in front of customers over weeks of polishing a perfect PR

Nice to have

• ▹Solid backend and systems-design experience
