• ▹Translate business initiatives into architectural vision and technical standards
• ▹Design cost-efficient, scalable solutions with Product and Engineering
• ▹Author AI-ready solution specifications as part of the design lifecycle
• ▹Drive system evolution toward target and transition states, using system diagrams
• ▹Explain technical context to audiences from engineers to senior stakeholders
• ▹Prototype AI capabilities to prove technical feasibility
• ▹Propose pragmatic decisions on build vs. buy, now vs. later, refactor vs. rebuild
• ▹Provide and oversee high-level estimates
• ▹Coach engineering teams

Requirements

• ▹7+ years of hands-on software development experience with strong core engineering principles
• ▹3+ years designing complex software architectures in multi-stack environments
