IT Systems Lead - Cloud & DevOps (CET ±2h | Remote)

Responsibilities

• ▹Own deployment, monitoring, maintenance and continuous improvement of IT systems and cloud infrastructure, primarily Microsoft Azure and partially AWS
• ▹Design, implement and optimize CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code
• ▹Improve security, performance, scalability and resilience of the IT environment, including access controls, monitoring, backup and infrastructure security
• ▹Own day-to-day IT operations: user and access management, Microsoft 365 administration, onboarding/offboarding, IT requests, troubleshooting
• ▹Keep IT systems in line with data protection, security and regulatory requirements, including GDPR
• ▹Improve and automate IT processes, documentation and standards
• ▹Work closely with the CEO, Development and other teams

Requirements

• ▹Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science or a related field
• ▹5-7 years of proven experience in DevOps practices
• ▹Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and AWS
• ▹Strong experience managing IT ticket requests and providing end-user support
• ▹Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• ▹Deep understanding of cloud infrastructure and modern DevOps tooling
• ▹Familiarity with ITSM and ticketing systems
• ▹Understanding of data protection regulations (e.g. GDPR)

• ▹Relevant Azure certification (e.g. Azure Solutions Architect Expert)
• ▹DevOps certification (e.g. Azure DevOps Engineer Expert)
