Responsibilities

• ▹Analyse key business and product metrics across partner projects (conversion, retention, revenue, margin, acquisition, player activity, cohorts)
• ▹Investigate changes and anomalies in performance and identify root causes
• ▹Determine whether changes are driven by acquisition, retention, new or existing cohorts, margin or player behaviour
• ▹Handle ad-hoc analytical requests from the Analytics team, operational managers and other stakeholders
• ▹Work with existing Tableau data sources and reports to find relevant information
• ▹Build simple Tableau reports and dashboards for recurring requests
• ▹Turn one-off analyses into reusable reporting
• ▹Work with SQL and ClickHouse for data extraction and validation
• ▹Form clear, business-oriented conclusions and present findings and hypotheses to the Head of Analytics and stakeholders

Requirements

• ▹3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, Product Analyst, Business Analyst, Operations Analyst or in a similar role
• ▹Practical experience in the iGaming / gambling industry and understanding of its core business metrics
• ▹Strong analytical thinking and ability to identify relationships between metrics and business drivers
• ▹Good understanding of product and business analytics concepts: funnels, cohorts, retention, conversion, acquisition, revenue, lifecycle metrics
• ▹Hands-on experience with BI tools, preferably Tableau
• ▹Ability to independently investigate a business problem, identify relevant data and test hypotheses
• ▹Working knowledge of SQL, able to read, adapt and write analytical queries
• ▹Ability to manage multiple smaller ad-hoc requests and switch between topics
• ▹Ability to communicate findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders
