Technical Delivery & Operations Lead – Casino Engineering

Responsibilities

• ▹Act as a primary coordination point for Casino Engineering delivery and technical topics with Product and other Technology units
• ▹Coordinate shared initiatives and organisational dependencies with Engineering Managers and leaders outside Casino Engineering
• ▹Translate engineering realities into clear, data-backed communication for technical and non-technical stakeholders
• ▹Structure delivery plans across Casino Engineering teams into a coherent cross-team view (product-driven and technical initiatives)
• ▹Maintain the Casino Engineering technical roadmap (architecture evolution, platform improvements, resilience, technical debt)
• ▹Facilitate regular planning and alignment sessions with Engineering Managers, Principal Engineers and Product
• ▹Facilitate regular reviews of observability and monitoring insights and reflect resulting actions in plans and roadmaps
• ▹Keep the roadmap and delivery plans consistently reflected in Jira based on Engineering Manager input
• ▹Track progress and identify delivery risks, slippage and dependencies early
• ▹Support prioritisation decisions by analysing delivery, technical and business data
