Head of Department, IT and Business Project Management

Responsibilities

• ▹Be a key person in the digitalisation journey, with the department enabling delivery of the company strategy
• ▹Lead a department of about 20 employees, plus external consultants when needed, running the company's IT, digitalisation and business projects
• ▹Motivate and engage employees, giving them the right conditions and mandate to reach shared goals
• ▹Ensure that the methods and frameworks for business development initiatives are effective and used in the organisation
• ▹Build strong relationships with internal and external parties
• ▹Report to the unit head (Director IT) and be part of the unit's management team

Requirements

• ▹A solid foundation and documented experience in IT and project management
• ▹A genuine interest in how digital solutions can create value for the business
• ▹A coaching, structured leadership style that creates clarity, prioritisation and momentum
