Responsibilities

• ▹Design, develop and maintain clean, scalable custom code with Apex (triggers, batch, queueable, async), Lightning Web Components and Visualforce (legacy maintenance)
• ▹Maximize native platform capabilities with scalable flows, process automation, advanced formulas and dynamic layouts before writing custom code
• ▹Build secure REST/SOAP APIs, middleware connections (MuleSoft, Boomi or custom microservices) and event-driven architectures (Platform Events, Change Data Capture)
• ▹Handle complex data models, SOQL/SOSL optimization, bulk data loading and continuous data cleanup to stay within governor limits
• ▹Maintain CI/CD pipelines using Salesforce DX, Git and deployment tools (Copado, Gearset, SFDMU, GitHub Actions)
• ▹Write comprehensive unit tests (at least 85% coverage) and conduct code reviews
• ▹Work in an Agile/Scrum environment: daily standups, sprint planning, backlog refinement
• ▹Work directly with clients to clarify requirements and explain complex technical trade-offs

Requirements

• ▹3-5+ years of hands-on software development experience with a strong focus on Salesforce Core (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud)
• ▹Advanced proficiency in Apex design patterns, trigger frameworks and async processing
• ▹Deep experience with modern front-end frameworks, specifically Lightning Web Components and JavaScript (ES6+)
• ▹Hands-on experience with Salesforce REST/SOAP APIs, OAuth and integration patterns
• ▹Solid understanding of governor limits, security architecture (OWD, Sharing Rules, Field-Level Security) and enterprise data modeling
• ▹Proficiency with Salesforce DX (SFDX), Git and automated deployment pipelines
• ▹Excellent communication skills and effective time management across multi-client projects

• ▹Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II (PDII) or Platform App Builder
