Responsibilities

• ▹Independently design and implement features, automations, and integrations using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Flows
• ▹Gather requirements from various business units and translate them into precise technical specifications
• ▹Operationally lead Salesforce projects from initial requirements gathering through go-live
• ▹Coordinate collaboration with the external service provider Infotip and distribute development tasks
• ▹Establish clear communication between Sales, Finance, Operations, Development, and Management
• ▹Develop and optimize REST API-based integrations between Salesforce and the internal backend
• ▹Build internal Salesforce development capacity through knowledge transfer and documentation

Requirements

• ▹Extensive experience as a Salesforce Developer in complex enterprise environments
• ▹Deep knowledge of Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, and REST APIs, plus solid understanding of Salesforce architecture (CRM, Sales Cloud)
• ▹Salesforce Platform Developer I certification
• ▹Proven track record of operationally leading Salesforce projects with on-time delivery
• ▹Strong ability to translate between technical and business language
• ▹Pragmatic, solution-oriented way of working
• ▹Fluent German and English (C1)

• ▹Agency or consulting experience
• ▹Knowledge of JustOn
• ▹Additional certifications (e.g. Platform Developer II, Application Architect)
