Responsibilities

• ▹Develop, configure, and maintain functionality across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud
• ▹Evaluate business requirements with technical leadership and choose between configuration and custom development
• ▹Build, maintain, and optimize complex automations, workflows, and custom capabilities
• ▹Program and support Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Apex code
• ▹Execute data integrations between Salesforce and external platforms or APIs
• ▹Drive the technical execution of a telephony migration from Talkdesk to Genesys, rebuilding the associated integrations and automations
• ▹Lead upcoming Experience Cloud initiatives and system enhancements
• ▹Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues swiftly
• ▹Translate business requirements into documented technical tasks and manage tickets in Jira

Requirements

• ▹Strong hands-on experience in Salesforce development and administration
• ▹Proven expertise with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud
• ▹In-depth knowledge of declarative development and advanced system configuration
• ▹Hands-on coding experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Apex
