Applied AI Engineer, Startups (Codex)

Responsibilities

• ▹Partner with top startups to identify where Codex can have the greatest impact on how they build and ship software
• ▹Design and lead technical talks, live demos, workshops, hackathons and repeatable hands-on programmes
• ▹Work directly with selected customers on Codex workflows, integrations and automations, resolve technical blockers and evaluate effectiveness and reliability
• ▹Turn successful approaches into reusable code examples, guides and tools
• ▹Collaborate with account teams, developer experience and ecosystem partners
• ▹Translate customer and developer feedback into insights for Product, Research and Engineering

Requirements

• ▹Experience building at, founding or working closely with early-stage startups
• ▹Strong software engineering fundamentals and practical AI applications, integrations and developer tools experience
• ▹Active user of Codex or other AI coding tools, with a thoughtful perspective on them
• ▹Compelling communicator: presenting, live demos, leading hands-on workshops
• ▹Talent for turning complex technical ideas into clear explanations and reusable resources
• ▹Developer empathy combined with sound technical judgment
