Responsibilities

• ▹Create, document and maintain test cases based on requirements and use cases
• ▹Develop and maintain test plans and test strategies
• ▹Plan and carry out manual tests
• ▹Run regression tests before deliveries
• ▹Test the platform's components, data flows, integrations and APIs
• ▹Verify data directly in relational and graph databases, for example with SQL or Cypher
• ▹Take part in requirements refinement and bring a testability perspective early
• ▹Report, prioritise and follow up deviations
• ▹Support the business in acceptance testing
• ▹Document test results ahead of delivery and go-live decisions
• ▹Specify and set requirements for automated tests
• ▹Follow up that automated tests are introduced and maintained together with developers and data engineers

Requirements

• ▹At least five years of documented experience as a tester in system development assignments in the last eight years
• ▹Experience of independently producing test plans and test cases in at least two assignments in the last five years
• ▹Experience of verifying data directly in a relational database with SQL in at least one assignment in the last five years
• ▹Experience testing systems where data is processed in several steps, for example through data flows, ETL, ELT or integrations between systems
• ▹Experience testing REST APIs or similar
• ▹At least two years of experience in agile development teams, such as Scrum or Kanban
• ▹Experience documenting test cases and handling deviations in Jira, Azure DevOps or similar tools
• ▹Very good ability to communicate in Swedish, spoken and written
• ▹Ability to work independently and take responsibility for the team's test area
