Product Manager, Agentic AI

Responsibilities

• ▹Own your product area end to end: from understanding the problem and shaping the solution through delivery, launch and iteration
• ▹Run discovery interviews with customers, dig into usage data and develop an evidence-based point of view on what to build
• ▹Prototype ideas early and often with AI-generated prototypes or whatever makes an idea tangible, and test assumptions fast
• ▹Use AI and agentic tooling as a personal force multiplier and help the team do the same
• ▹Define success metrics upfront and track them through to delivery
• ▹Collaborate daily with engineering, design and customer teams and coordinate launches
• ▹Communicate product plans and progress clearly to stakeholders and leadership

Requirements

• ▹Builder mindset and bias to action: prototypes, tests and ships with pace, decisive with incomplete information
• ▹Hands-on fluency with AI assistants, LLMs and agentic tooling
• ▹Some product management experience in B2B SaaS, enterprise software or technology platforms, with a track record of owning and shipping product
• ▹History of working with engineering, design and commercial teams in an agile environment on complex, multi-stakeholder products
• ▹Data-informed decision-making: defining metrics, analysing product performance and prioritising with evidence
