Associate Engineer (Back End)

Responsibilities

• ▹Develop high-quality software in C# and .NET Framework with guidance from senior engineers
• ▹Design and run testing activities to assess product quality and mitigate risks
• ▹Debug code and monitor system health using logs, alerts, dashboards and runbooks
• ▹Build desktop user interfaces using WPF, XAML and relational SQL databases
• ▹Contribute to code reviews and help refine engineering processes

Requirements

• ▹A solid understanding of C# and object-oriented programming principles
• ▹Practical familiarity with the .NET Framework, WPF, XAML and SQL databases
• ▹Confidence using Git for version control workflows and a clear understanding of basic API concepts
• ▹An eagerness to learn modern software delivery practices like pair programming, unit testing and continuous improvement
