
Enterprise Account Executive, Advertising Technology Solutions
Mirakl, a leader in marketplace and e-commerce platform technology, is hiring an Enterprise Account Executive for its Mirakl Ads product. You will join the EMEA Ads team of 7 professionals led by the VP Ads, helping retailers and marketplace operators monetise their e-commerce web traffic. The role covers the full end-to-end sales cycle (typically 5 to 9 months) across an EMEA territory, from prospecting through commercial negotiation to contract closure.
Responsibilities
- ▹Develop and execute a go-to-market sales strategy for Mirakl Ads across your EMEA territory, owning quota attainment through a structured, repeatable approach to new customer acquisition
- ▹Manage the full end-to-end sales cycle (typically 5 to 9 months): prospecting and outbound engagement, discovery and business case development, technical validation with solution engineering, commercial negotiation with procurement and legal, and contract closure
- ▹Build deep expertise in Mirakl Ads and act as a trusted advisor on retail media monetisation strategies, sponsored product mechanics, and advertiser ROI
- ▹Navigate complex retailer organisations and build senior-level relationships with key decision-makers (Chief Digital Officers, VP/Heads of eCommerce, Heads of Retail Media, CMOs) as well as technical and legal stakeholders
- ▹Own and grow a healthy, multi-stage pipeline, partnering with Solutions Engineering, Product, Customer Success and Legal to accelerate deals and ensure a smooth handover to onboarding
Requirements
- ▹Proven sales track record in ad-tech, retail media or SaaS solutions with consistent over-achievement against quota
- ▹Deep understanding of the marketplace and advertising ecosystem, including DSPs, ad servers, APIs and data-driven advertising solutions
- ▹Demonstrated ability to prioritise pipeline and accelerate sales cycles to meet quarterly targets
- ▹Experience in business sales situations requiring ROI demonstration and solution-selling approaches
- ▹Strong negotiation and influencing skills with experience building relationships across multiple stakeholder levels
- ▹Strategic sales planning, retail media expertise, solution selling, stakeholder management and pipeline management skills
- ▹English at C2 level (required)
